Last Updated: September 1st, 2025
At Creodex (“we,” “our,” or “us”), we prioritize transparency, security, and ethical AI use. This AI Processing Policy outlines how AI-generated content is processed, how Creodex integrates with third-party AI providers, and how we protect user data while maintaining compliance with GDPR, PIPEDA, CCPA, and other applicable regulations.
By using Creodex, you acknowledge and agree to our Terms and Conditions and all supporting policies listed in our Related Policies & Resources. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our platform.
1. Overview of AI Processing at Creodex
Creodex enables users ("Creovaters") to create and monetize AI-driven AI Tools (sometimes referred to as “WaaS AI Tools”), while others ("Dexers") can access them for professional use. Our platform connects with AI models to process, generate, and enhance user-driven content, ensuring that wisdom and lived experiences remain at the core of AI interactions.
Creodex uses third-party AI models (such as OpenAI’s API) and proprietary enhancements to deliver AI-generated responses.
2. AI Models & Third-Party Integrations
2.1 Default AI Providers
Creodex currently integrates with:
- OpenAI API (e.g., GPT-5 Nano) – For natural language processing
- Other AI providers as specified in future service updates
Important:
While some AI providers (such as OpenAI) state they do not train their models on API data, Creodex cannot fully control how third-party vendors process, store, or handle submitted data during generation workflows. Users acknowledge this when using Creodex.
2.2 Custom AI Integrations (For Eligible Users)
- Premium users may integrate with alternative AI providers, subject to approval.
- Enterprise users may deploy on-premise AI models for enhanced data security.
- To inquire, contact us via our Contact Form.
3. Data Handling in AI Processing
3.1 User Data & AI Model Processing
Creodex processes user-submitted data to:
- Generate AI-driven responses based on expertise
- Optimize AI Tool persona accuracy
- Improve platform functionality and user experience
Data Protection Commitment:
- Your wisdom remains yours – Creodex does not claim ownership of AI-generated content
- No AI training on user conversations – Creodex does not use interactions to retrain models
- Industry-standard encryption and data controls are in place
3.2 Types of Data Sent to AI Models
- User Queries – Text entered into the AI Tools prompt
- AI Responses – Generated output returned to users
- Metadata – Non-personal system logs for diagnostics and quality control
Sensitive Data Notice:
Users must not submit sensitive, proprietary, personal, or legally protected information into AI prompts. Creodex AI systems are not designed to process confidential or regulated data, and Creodex cannot guarantee compliance with privacy obligations for such submissions.
4. AI Limitations & Ethical Safeguards

- Legal advice
- Medical guidance
- Financial planning
- Safety-critical decisions
Creodex disclaims all liability for harm arising from reliance on AI outputs.
4.1.1 Ethical Use & Disclaimer Requirement
Creodex AI Tools are designed to support and extend professional insight—not to replace certified or licensed professionals. To maintain user safety and platform integrity:
- AI Tools must not impersonate or imitate licensed professionals without credentials
- Creovaters must include clear disclaimers if their WaaS AI Tools provide guidance in sensitive areas such as:
- Legal
- Medical or health-relatedSafety-critical decisions
- Financial or investment advice
- Psychological or emotional support
- Safety-critical decisions
Required Disclaimer (example):
This AI Tool is for informational purposes only and does not constitute legal, medical, financial, or psychological advice. Always consult a qualified professional before making decisions based on this tool’s output.
Creovaters are solely responsible for ensuring their tools meet these requirements.
Creodex reserves the right to remove, restrict, or suspend any AI Tool that fails to comply with this policy or presents potential risk to users.
4.2 Prohibited AI Use Cases
Creodex strictly prohibits AI personas that:
- Promote misinformation, false claims, or deception
- Facilitate illegal, unethical, or harmful activity
- Engage in hate speech, harassment, or discrimination
- Bypass digital security, automate hacking, or collect data without consent
Violations will result in content removal, account suspension, or legal escalation.
5. AI Data Storage & Retention
5.1 How Long We Store AI-Generated Data
- AI content is not stored long-term unless explicitly saved by users
- Temporary metadata logs (e.g., time stamps) may be used for performance and compliance tracking
- Users can delete saved outputs from their dashboards at any time
5.2 How AI Providers Handle Data
- OpenAI and similar providers process data for generation only and state they do not store prompts or responses long-term
- Creodex cannot guarantee how third-party AI vendors handle data once transmitted
- Users integrating custom AI must review the provider's own policies
6. AI Usage Costs & Platform Pricing
Creodex uses token-based pricing for AI interactions. Token usage is calculated based on the length of input and output text in each session.
Provider vs Platform Costs:
- OpenAI Base Rates (for GPT-4o-mini) Input: ~$0.15 per million tokens Output: ~$0.60 per million tokens
- Creodex Platform Rates (WaaS Model) Input: ~$0.45 per million tokens Output: ~$1.80 per million tokens
- Creodex Overcharge Platform Rates (2000+ character sessions) Input: ~$0.75 per million tokens Output: ~$1.80 per million tokens
- Sessions with input + output exceeding 2000 characters may trigger overcharge rates to maintain system performance and fair usage across the platform.
This markup supports infrastructure & moderation, AI security layers, customer support, creator payouts, and ongoing platform enhancements. Pricing is automatically deducted from user credits in real time. Usage logs are available in your dashboard.
7. Compliance with Privacy & Security Laws
Creodex complies with:
- GDPR (EU/UK) – Rights to access, correct, or delete personal data
- PIPEDA (Canada) – Data protection and consent-based processing
- CCPA (California) – Rights to opt out, delete, or restrict processing
To request data access or deletion, submit a request via our Contact Form.
8. User Control & AI Customization
8.1 Managing AI Interactions
Users may adjust AI Tools behavior settings in their account dashboard. Generated responses can be reviewed, edited, or deleted anytime.
8.2 Opting Out of AI Processing
AI processing is required for core Creodex functionality. Eligible users (such as enterprise clients) may request non-AI workflows for sensitive cases or on-premise AI integrations for enhanced data privacy.
Contact us via our Contact Form for opt-out inquiries.
9. Business Continuity & Platform Closure
In the event of platform closure or dissolution, Creodex will make reasonable efforts to notify users in advance and provide an opportunity to export any saved data or content, subject to technical and legal constraints.
10. Updates to This AI Processing Policy
Creodex may update this policy to reflect legal, technical, or service-level changes. Material updates will be communicated via email or platform notifications, with plain-language summaries provided when feasible. Continued use of Creodex constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
