CREODEX COMMUNITY GUIDELINES POLICY

At Creodex (“we,” “our,” or “us”), AI is not about replacing human expertise—it’s about amplifying real-world experience to create meaningful, wisdom-driven solutions. Whether you're building AI Tools (sometimes referred to as “WaaS AI Tools”), these guidelines ensure Creodex remains a space for ethical, impactful innovation.

By using Creodex, you acknowledge and agree to our Terms and Conditions and all supporting policies located on our Related Policies & Resources page. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our platform.

1. Build with Integrity & Authenticity

• AI personas (AI Tools) must reflect your own expertise, insights, and experience—not misrepresented or borrowed knowledge.
• Do not claim credentials, qualifications, or expertise that you do not possess.
• If referencing external knowledge, credit sources properly and ensure ethical AI use.

2. Create AI That Helps, Not Harms

AI should provide real value and solve meaningful problems—not exploit, deceive, or manipulate users. You may not create AI that:

• Spreads misinformation, false claims, or deceptive content.
• Encourages harmful behavior, self-harm, violence, or discrimination.
• Automates unethical or illegal practices, such as fraud, hacking, or privacy violations.

3. Respect & Professionalism in the Community

Treat all users with professionalism and courtesy. Respect diverse perspectives, backgrounds, and lived experiences.

Strictly Prohibited Behaviors:

• Hate speech, harassment, or discrimination
• Bullying, intimidation, or targeted attacks
• Any form of harmful, abusive, or exploitative behavior

4. Transparency & Ethical AI Use

At Creodex, we are committed to building responsible, trustworthy AI. As a Creovater, you are expected to uphold the highest standards of transparency and integrity.

If your AI Tool tool provides information or guidance in sensitive fields — including but not limited to:

• Legal
• Financial or investment advice
• Psychological or emotional support
• Safety-critical recommendations

You are required to:

• Clearly state that the tool does not constitute professional advice.
• Display visible disclaimers within the tool interface and WaaS AI Tool description.
• Avoid presenting the AI as a replacement for licensed or certified professionals.
• Ensure the tool’s content aligns with relevant ethical guidelines, legal standards, and industry best practices.

Disclaimer: This AI tool is for informational purposes only and does not constitute legal, medical, financial, or psychological advice. Always consult a qualified professional before making decisions based on this tool’s output.

Creodex reserves the right to review, suspend, or remove any WaaS AI Tool that violates these guidelines or misleads users regarding the capabilities or limitations of AI.

5. Privacy & Data Protection

• Do not include or process personal, sensitive, or confidential data in AI personas.
• Respect user privacy and comply with applicable data protection laws (PIPEDA, GDPR, CCPA, etc.).
• Never collect or store user data without proper consent and security measures.

6. Professional Verification & LinkedIn Requirement

To foster trust, transparency, and accountability, all Creovaters who monetize AI Tools are required to link a verified LinkedIn profile or LinkedIn company page to their public Creodex profile.

Verification Requirements:

• Your profile must include a public LinkedIn URL representing your personal LinkedIn profile, or a LinkedIn company page you manage.
• Your LinkedIn page must accurately reflect your real professional identity, credentials, or business.
• All profiles must comply with Creodex’s Community Guidelines and integrity standards.

Why This Matters:

This requirement ensures that Creovaters are offering real, verifiable expertise—not anonymous services, unproven personas, or low-value AI Tools created solely for monetization. Creodex is built to amplify authentic wisdom, not to enable generic or misleading AI experiences. By linking your LinkedIn profile or company page, you demonstrate that your AI Tools are backed by genuine expertise, lived experience, and a commitment to providing meaningful value to Dexers. Anonymous Creovater accounts are not permitted.

7. Collaboration, Learning & Growth

• AI is constantly evolving—be open to feedback, learning, and improving your AI Tools
• Support the Creodex community by sharing ethical best practices and insights.
• Engage in constructive discussions and contribute to a positive, knowledge-driven environment.

8. Accessibility Awareness & Inclusive Participation

At Creodex, we recognize that not everyone starts from the same place—whether in life, work, or ability. Some are just beginning their journey, while others are navigating challenges that may not be visible. This community is designed to support everyone with dignity, respect, and opportunity.

We ask all members to be mindful of accessibility in its many forms:

Digital, physical, cognitive, and cultural. Accessibility isn't a checkbox—it’s a commitment to inclusion.

As part of this, we encourage you to:

• Create AI Tools with diverse users in mind.
• Use clear, inclusive, and jargon-free language.
• Make shared files, videos, and tools as accessible as possible.
• Payout holds or account review – If professional verification is not maintained.
• Offer context or alternatives where helpful.
• Avoid assumptions about ability, knowledge level, or lived experience.ç

9. Enforcement & Consequences

By using Creodex, you agree to follow these guidelines. Violations may result in:

• Content removal – If your AI Tools or interactions violate our policies.
• Account suspension or termination – For repeated or severe violations.
• Legal or platform action – If AI is used for unlawful or harmful activities.
• Payout holds or account review – If professional verification is not maintained.
