CREODEX HARMFUL CONTENT REPORTING POLICY

We are committed to fostering a respectful and secure environment for all users—Creovaters (creators of AI Tools, sometimes referred to as “WaaS AI Tools”), Dexers (users of AI Tools), and collaborators alike.
This policy outlines the process for reporting content or behavior that violates our Community Guidelines and Terms and Conditions.
1. Who Can Submit a Report
Anyone using Creodex may submit a report, including anonymous submissions. Providing your contact details allows us to follow up or clarify, but it is not required.
2. What Can Be Reported
Reports may include (but are not limited to) the following types of harmful content or misuse:
- Harmful AI Output: Misinformation, manipulative behavior, unethical automation.
- Hate Speech or Discrimination: Including racism, sexism, harassment, or other offensive content.
- Violence or Threats: Including incitement, glorification, or promotion of self-harm or harm to others.
- Privacy Violations: Unauthorized use or disclosure of personal data.
- Fraud or Deceptive Practices: AI-generated scams, impersonation, or misleading claims.
- Illegal or Unethical Conduct: Promotion of criminal activity, exploitation, or abuse.
- Other: Any behavior or content that undermines the safety and ethics of the platform.
3. Reporting Requirements
Please include as much of the following as possible to help us take action:
- Description of the Violation
- Link to AI Tool, user profile, or relevant content (if available)
- Supporting evidence (screenshots, files, timestamps)
- Your preferred action (e.g., content removal, user warning, investigation)
4. How We Handle Reports
- Every report is reviewed promptly and confidentially.
- Actions may include warning the user, removing content, suspending accounts, or escalating for investigation.
- We aim to balance free expression with community safety and professional standards.
5. Outcomes and Follow-Up
If you’ve chosen to include your contact details, you may request updates regarding the status of your report. We strive to resolve all issues fairly and in alignment with our platform values.
6. Good Faith & Fair Use
By submitting a report, you confirm that it is made in good faith and that the information provided is accurate to the best of your knowledge. Misuse of the reporting system may result in restrictions.
