CREODEX ABUSE & FRAUD MONITORING POLICY

At Creodex (“we,” “our,” or “us”), we’re committed to protecting the integrity of our platform, users, AI Tools (sometimes referred to as “WaaS AI Tools”), and financial systems. To prevent misuse, fraud, and abuse, we actively monitor accounts and payment activity for suspicious or unauthorized behavior.
By using Creodex, you acknowledge and agree to our Terms and Conditions and all supporting policies located on our Related Policies & Resources page. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our platform.
1. Types of Monitored Activity
Creodex monitors the platform for abuse patterns, including but not limited to:
- Repeated submission of “unauthorized payment” or fraud-based chargebacks
- Use of multiple or mismatched credit cards across accounts
- AI Tool usage without corresponding wallet top-ups
- Unusual refund request patterns (e.g., small repeat refunds)
- Account access from flagged regions or known botnets
2. Enforcement & Platform Actions
Creodex reserves the right to take immediate action in response to detected abuse, including:
- Account Suspension or Restriction: For accounts repeatedly triggering fraud-related disputes or anomalies
- AI Tool Access Revocation: When tools are used without wallet funding
- Credit Reclamation: Improperly obtained credits may be deducted or removed
- Permanent Account Ban: In confirmed abuse or manipulation cases
- Reporting to Institutions: If necessary, Creodex may report activity to:
- Stripe
- Card networks
- Banks and financial authorities
- Law enforcement
3. Fraud Review Process
If your account is flagged:
- You may be asked to verify your identity and payment method.
- Access to AI Tools may be restricted during review.
- If activity is verified as legitimate, normal access will resume.
- If abuse is confirmed, sanctions may be permanent.
4. Refund Abuse and Account Misuse
Users attempting to misuse refunds, such as:
- Using AI Tools and then claiming they “never topped up”
- Adding stolen or unauthorized credit cards
- Filing repeated fraudulent refund claims
...will be reviewed and may be permanently restricted.
5. Appeals
Users who believe an enforcement action was made in error may appeal via our Contact Form.
Creodex investigates all appeals fairly and thoroughly. Abuse of the appeal system may result in further restrictions.
