CREODEX WALLET & PAYMENT POLICY

At Creodex (“we,” “our,” or “us”), we prioritize transparency, security, and fairness in every transaction. This document explains how the Creodex Wallet operates, including our pricing structure, refund policy, and payout terms—for both Dexers (users of AI tools) and Creovaters (creators of AI tools). It governs all financial interactions related to the use of AI Tools (sometimes referred to as “WaaS AI Tools”), including—but not limited to—task execution, subscriptions, and wisdom-based services.

All prices, credits, top-ups, subscriptions, and fees on Creodex are listed and charged in U.S. Dollars (USD). Currency conversions or international transaction fees may be applied by your bank or card provider.

By using Creodex, you agree to this Wallet & Payment Policy, our Terms and Conditions, and all Related Policies & Resources.

1. Dexer Wallet (For Users of AI Tools)

Dexers are individuals or teams who purchase and use AI Tools created by Creovaters to solve challenges, accelerate growth, and access expert insight.

1.1 Wallet Overview

Dexers fund their Creodex Wallet through Stripe, choosing from preset amounts such as $20, $30, $100, or entering a custom value. A minimum wallet balance is required to engage with AI Tools.

1.2 Creodex Processing Fee (Applied at Top-Up)

All Dexer wallet top-ups include a Creodex Processing Fee of 5% + $0.30 per wallet top-up. This fee covers:

• Stripe’s standard processing costs
• Stripe’s 1% Fast Payout Fee for instant credit delivery
• Internal Creodex infrastructure (wallet automation, fraud prevention, security)

This flat fee ensures predictable billing across all card types and regions. Stripe may classify USD transactions as international—even when using U.S. cards—leading to variable costs. This flat rate eliminates surprise charges.

1.3 Pay-Per-Use Model

AI Tools usage is billed on a pay-per-chat-message (PCM) basis. Pricing shown before engagement includes:

• The Creovater’s set expertise fee
• Real-time AI token-based processing cost

All fees are deducted directly from the Dexer's wallet.

1.4 Low or Negative Balances

If AI Tools usage drops your wallet below $0, the negative amount is tracked and deducted from your next top-up.

Example:

• $0.10 balance – $0.15 charge = new balance: –$0.05
• On next top-up, $0.05 is deducted first.

1.5 Credit Expiration

Creodex credits do not expire and all unused wallet funds will remain available for use indefinitely under normal platform operations.

However, Creodex reserves the right to revise this policy if:

• The Terms of Service are updated, or
• The company experiences dissolution, closure, or bankruptcy

In such cases, Creodex will provide advance notice to users whenever possible.

1.6. Dexer Subscriptions & Packages

Dexers can use Creodex on a pay-per-use basis without any subscription. There is no requirement to purchase a package to use the platform.

However, when available, Dexers may choose to purchase optional subscription-based packages that provide additional features or enhanced access. These packages may be monthly or yearly subscriptions and will auto-renew unless cancelled.

All subscription-based packages are subject to a Creodex Processing Fee of 5% + $0.30 per transaction.

2. Creovater Wallet (For AI Tool Creators)

Creovaters monetize their skills by building AI Tools for Dexers to use in business, lifestyle, and learning contexts.

2.1 Earnings & Payouts

Creovaters earn per chat message interaction, with real-time earnings displayed in the Creodex dashboard.

Payout Options:

• Automatic Monthly Payouts (Monthly)
• Manual Payouts (On-Demand)

2.1.1 Automatic Payouts (Monthly)

To reduce the risk of large sums accumulating on the Creodex platform, Creodex automatically deposits your wallet balance to your connected Stripe account on a monthly basis.

This payout is for security and operational reasons—it is not a direct bank transfer. Once funds are in Stripe, you decide when and how to transfer them to your personal bank account.

Rounding for Automatic Payouts:

• Rounded down to the nearest whole dollar.
• Remaining cents stay in your Creodex wallet for the next cycle.

Example:

$23.50 → $23.00 sent to Stripe, $0.50 remains in your Creodex wallet

2.1.2 Manual Payouts (On-Demand)

Creovaters may manually initiate a payout to their connected Stripe account at any time via the Creodex dashboard.

This is not a direct bank transfer. Once funds are in Stripe, you decide when and how to transfer them to your personal bank account.

Manual Payout Details:

• No minimum balance requirement beyond two-decimal-place precision. The smallest manual payout possible is $0.01.
• Manual payouts are processed to two decimal places (rounded down).

Example:

$20.88878 → $20.88 sent to Stripe, $0.00878 remains in wallet

2.2 Earnings Tracking

• AI Tool interactions may display earnings with up to 5-8 decimal places for detailed reporting and transparency.
• Manual payouts are processed to two decimal places (rounded down).
• Automatic payouts are processed to the nearest whole dollar (rounded down). Remaining cents stay in your Creodex wallet for the next payout cycle.

2.3. Platform Commission Fee

A commission is applied per AI Tool interaction based on your Creovater Package Tier. This fee supports infrastructure, marketing, analytics, and continued platform growth.

Stripe does not charge additional fees on in-platform earnings.

2.4. Package Subscription Chargesk

Creovaters may subscribe to monthly/annual packages that unlock:

• Reduced commissions
• Increased visibility)
• Access to analytics & creator tools

All subscriptions are billed via Stripe with a Creodex Processing Fee of 5% + $0.30 per transaction.

Example

$30 subscription = $31.80

• 5% of $30 = $1.50
• Flat fee = $0.30
• Total fee = $1.50 + $0.30 = $1.80

2.5 Stripe Payouts to Bank

Creodex pays your connected Stripe account, not your bank directly. You are responsible for transferring funds from Stripe to your personal bank account.

Stripe Payout Options:

• Standard Payouts: Free, 2–7 business days
• Instant Payouts: 1% fee (min $0.50) to eligible debit cards
• Instant Payouts: 1% fee (min $0.50) to eligible debit cards

2.5.1 Fraud & Negative Balance Responsibility

Creovaters are fully responsible for the performance, compliance, and integrity of their AI Tools. If a Dexer disputes a charge or issues a chargeback for fraud, deception, or service failure related to an AI Tool:

• The associated earnings may be reversed from the Creovater’s wallet.
• Creodex reserves the right to pause payouts or investigate the transaction.
• Repeated disputes may result in content removal, platform suspension, or account termination.

Creodex does not cover or absorb losses resulting from:

• Negative wallet balances due to refunds or chargebacks
• Fraudulent AI Tools or misrepresented services
• Violations of platform policies that lead to financial penalties

Creovaters must ensure their WaaS AI Tools are honest, lawful, and clearly presented. Using AI to mislead users or simulate professional advice without disclaimers is strictly prohibited.

Creodex may assist with dispute handling and risk monitoring, but final liability for tool misuse rests with the Creovater.

2.6 Taxes

Creovaters are fully responsible for reporting and paying taxes on Creodex earnings. Creodex does not withhold taxes.

Tax tools and invoices are managed via your Stripe dashboard. Stripe automatically applies sales tax or VAT at checkout based on your region.

3. Refunds & Disputes

3.1 Unused credits are refundable within 30 days, minus:

• A non-refundable Creodex Processing Fee (5% + $0.30 per transaction)
• A $1.00 Administrative Fee applied to all refunds
• Refunds are rounded down to two decimal places
• Partially used credits are not refundable

Refund Examples:

• $12.987532 unused - $1 Admin fee = $11.98 refunded
• $1.25 unused - $1 Admin fee = $0.25 refunded
• $1.25 unused - $1 Admin fee = $0.25 refunded

3.2 Disputes & Chargebacks:

• Valid charges = no refund
• Invalid charges = Creodex credit refund
• Invalid charges = Creodex credit refund
• Upheld chargebacks may result in Creovater earnings adjustments

4. Abuse & Fraud Monitoring

To protect our users and maintain platform integrity, Creodex actively monitors for suspicious payment behavior. This may include, but is not limited to:

• Repeated claims of “unauthorized payment”
• Adding multiple credit cards followed by chargebacks
• Using AI Tools without a confirmed wallet top-up

We reserve the right to:

• Suspend or restrict accounts engaged in suspicious activity
• Investigate payment patterns that indicate abuse
• Revoke access to AI Tools if proper payment isn’t verified

If abuse is confirmed, Creodex may:

• Permanently ban the account
• Reclaim misused or unpaid credits
• Report the incident to financial institutions or relevant authorities

5. Taxes & Legal Compliance

Creodex uses Stripe Tax to manage applicable tax compliance. Taxes may be applied automatically at checkout based on your billing location and local regulations.

5.1 For Dexers (Users of AI Tools):

• You may be charged VAT, GST, sales tax, or similar, depending on your jurisdiction.
• Taxes are added at the time of wallet top-up or subscription purchase, and itemized on your receipt.
• No additional tax is applied at the point of AI Tool usage, as Creodex credits are pre-purchased and usage is deducted from your balance.

5.2 For Creovaters (Creators of AI Tools):

• You may be charged VAT, GST, or sales tax on subscription packages, depending on your billing location and applicable tax laws.
• These charges are calculated automatically by Stripe at the time of payment.
• Additionally, Creovaters are responsible for reporting and paying any income taxes on earnings in their jurisdiction.
• Creodex does not withhold or remit income tax on your behalf.

Important:

As of Beta Launch, Creodex has not yet reached the revenue thresholds for mandatory tax registration in most jurisdictions. Once thresholds are met and registration is complete:

• Stripe Tax will automatically apply the appropriate rates during wallet top-ups, subscriptions, and other applicable transactions.
• Users will see these tax amounts during checkout, and receipts will reflect the applied taxes.
• Depending on location, this may affect total charges (for Dexers) or subscription costs (for Creovaters).

6. Stripe Cancellation Notice

If you cancel your Stripe account directly—outside of Creodex—we are unable to recover any associated financial data, invoices, or payment history related to your Creodex activity.

Important:

• Stripe data is managed independently from Creodex.
• Cancelling your Stripe account will permanently erase:
• Payment history
• Tax invoices
• Payout records
• Subscription receipts
• Creodex cannot restore this information, as we do not store or manage Stripe financial records directly.

What Happens Next:

• If your Stripe account is closed, your Creodex earnings and payout history will be disrupted.
• You may still access your Creodex account, but payout functionality will be disabled.
• If needed, Creodex can provide you with a new Stripe onboarding link to connect a fresh Stripe account.
• All prior data (invoices, taxes, subscriptions, payment logs) from your original Stripe account will be lost and cannot be merged or restored.

Recommendation:

Do not cancel your Stripe account if you wish to preserve historical financial records tied to your Creodex activity. Please contact Creodex for any inquiries related to this.

7. Policy Updates

Creodex may update this document at any time. We will notify users via email or platform alert when changes are significant.

Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
